Senior Developer -Front End

Overview

Senior Frontend Developer for the Frontend Platform team, building shared frontend foundation like a component library, build tooling, and CI/CD infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend architectures using React and TypeScript.
• Investigate systemic platform issues, produce written architectural assessments, and recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain Node.js-based backend services that support frontend platforms (e.g., BFFs, APIs, tooling services).
• Improve developer experience and frontend standards via automation, documentation, and tooling.
• Guide teams through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing; mentor frontend architecture and testing strategies.
• Optimize application performance, bundle size, and runtime efficiency.
• Contribute to Agile practices including sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative delivery.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React (hooks, state management, performance).
• Experience with monorepos at scale (Nx mentioned) is required.
• Server-state management and client-side routing in a large React application.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and backend service development.
• Experience with unit, component, and E2E testing infrastructure (Vitest, Playwright, or equivalents).
• Ability to independently investigate complex codebases and produce clear written architectural assessments.
