Overview

Senior Developer/Applications Development Tech Lead responsible for participation in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.

What you'll do

• Contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Participate in feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and risk technology for application initiatives.
• Monitor and control development phases across analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide user and operational support for applications to business users.
• Analyze complex issues using specialty knowledge and provide evaluative judgments.
• Recommend and develop security measures after implementation based on business usage.
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups to recommend programming solutions and assist system installation.

What you'll need

• 9-12 years of relevant experience in Java.
• Experience with systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Hands-on experience with core Java, Spring, and SQL.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changes in expectations/requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience/awareness of AI tools.
• Cloud exposure.
• Flink experience.
• Python basic skills.
