Senior Developer(Python,React,AWS,AI)

Overview

Senior Software Developers build and deliver software solutions for client business problems. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring and advocacy for strong engineering practices.

What you'll do

• Write clean, reusable and well-tested code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
• Build large-scale distributed systems with microservices.
• Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to build features, concepts and interactive prototypes.
• Use DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software.
• Participate in the full consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
• Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.

What you'll need

• Experience with Python or ReactJS and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Comfort with Agile methodologies such as XP, Scrum or Kanban.
• Awareness of TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches or tools.
• AI experience is mandatory.
• Ability to advocate for technical excellence and adapt to change.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes or Docker.
• Presence in the external technology community through speaking, open source or blogs.
