What you'll do

• Take ownership of tasks and grey-zone initiatives without a defined owner.
• Design complex software solutions using full-stack expertise.
• Proactively address technical debt and architectural challenges.
• Implement REST APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Establish testing discipline across unit, integration, and regression suites.
• Serve as a technical mentor and align development plans with global strategy.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience independently managing end-to-end software development tasks.
• Build robust systems using Python, R, FastAPI, and modern cloud architectures.
• Use Git workflows and peer review, plus automated CI/CD pipelines to maintain code quality.
• Experience designing and deploying intelligent agent systems using frameworks like Strands Agents, LangChain, or AWS Bedrock.
• Architect scalable AWS solutions using services including Lambda, ECS Fargate, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge.
