Software Engineering Lead

Overview

Software Engineering Lead to architect and guide end-to-end evolution of AI-first enterprise solutions in Bangalore/Chennai.

What you'll do

• Define and uphold engineering patterns for Python, React, and cloud services.
• Lead the shift to Agentic workflows to make custom solutions AI-first by design.
• Integrate AI throughout the software lifecycle, including AI-augmented SDLC practices.
• Reinstate structured code reviews and establish AI governance quality gates.
• Mentor junior engineers on Agentic AI tools and system design.
• Optimize AI-related cloud costs using AI FinOps practices.
• Partner on RAG and semantic search patterns to unlock value from enterprise data.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Hands-on LLM integration, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex).
• Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and React (TypeScript) core stack.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL skills plus experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus).
• Expert-level Azure or AWS experience, including IaC (Terraform/Bicep) and AI-ready CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in REST and event-driven architectures, including MCP for integration.

• Location: Bangalore/Chennai, India.
• In-person working: minimum three days per week from the office.
