Senior Associate – Java Developer, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate – Java Developer (Advisory) role focused on leading end-to-end technical implementations and delivering cloud applications and modernized architectures for clients.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations across backend services, frontend interfaces, integration layers, and production support readiness.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure, resilient, high-performance cloud applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Build and modernize backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop modern frontend interfaces using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript with component-based design.
• Modernize legacy or monolithic architectures into cloud-native, modular, scalable platforms.
• Define technical approach, estimate effort, guide engineering teams, and own delivery quality across sprints/releases.
• Orchestrate deployments with Docker and Kubernetes and drive CI/CD, observability, and deployment governance.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Java and Spring Boot.
• Microservices experience.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Cloud and DevOps skills including Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD and cloud deployment practices.
• B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.TECH/MBA/PGDM education qualifications with MBA and Bachelor of Technology listed as required degrees.
