What you'll do

• Optimize resource allocation and follow cost-effective engineering practices to meet project budgets.
• Lead technical execution of engineering projects, including Newness levels 2–3.
• Act as a referent for critical problem solving in the discipline using QRQC methodologies.
• Communicate complex technical solutions and challenges to internal and external customers.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices across teams and divisions.
• Proactively identify and address systemic issues to improve processes and methodologies.

What you'll need

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Discipline Engineers.
• Build, improve, and validate design standards for Newness levels 2–3.
• Participate in executing the Discipline’s Digitalization Roadmap.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated project execution.
• Propose innovative solutions using existing technologies and methodologies.
• Identify patentable inventions and participate in the patent filing process.
