Senior Engineer ASIC DV

Overview

As a technical member of Micron's ASIC Verification team, you will develop advanced verification components for complex IP designs, delivering on time with best-in-class quality.

What you'll do

• Develop new simulation environments.
• Execute verification plans while interfacing with design teams.
• Debug complex problems.
• Develop UVM-based SystemVerilog test-benches.
• Define block and sub-system level verification plans.
• Apply verification methodologies, flows and quality metrics.
• Utilize Micron-approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve engineering productivity.

What you'll need

• M.S. or B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• ASIC/FPGA design verification experience with UVM methodologies.
• Expert level with developing UVM-based SV test-benches.
• Relevant experience with IP level verification, techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with defining block and sub-system level test plans.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of verification methodologies, flows and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with constrained random verification and functional coverage closure.
• Experience with the Python programming language.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to peers in verbal and written form.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Team player with great interpersonal communication skills.
