Overview
Senior Engineer, Compute supports the overall health and maintenance of the physical cluster and server technologies in managed services customers' environments, as a member of the Managed Services Infrastructure Practice.
What you'll do
- Maintain the overall health of the physical cluster and server technologies in managed services customers' environments.
- Provide Tier 3 incident management for managed services customers.
- Provide service request management and change management infrastructure support for all managed services customers.
