Senior Engineer - Installation

Overview

Senior Engineer responsible for supervising installation and handover activities, ensuring site safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Supervise installation sites, handovers, safety, quality, productivity, and corrective actions.
• Plan installation activities, logistics, resources, tools, materials, and site storage.
• Coordinate site readiness, customer deliverables, audits, handovers, and non-conformity resolution.
• Verify installation quality, complete final equipment testing, close open items, and hand over to maintenance.
• Manage installation progress, costs, schedules, risks, documentation, claims, and change orders.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors through huddles, performance management, training needs, and capability checks.
• Apply and improve standard ways of working using LEAN tools and continuous-improvement practices.

What you'll need

• Accountability for site operatives' safety, motivation, and wellbeing.
• Ability to verify that installers, testers, and contractors are trained, certified, competent, and capable.
• Ability to manage customer communication and subcontractor relationships.
• Ability to manage environmental aspects, including waste and hazardous-material handling.
• Ability to use LEAN tools and support standard-work improvements.
