Overview
Software Development Engineer-Test II responsible for validating enterprise, AI-driven, and workflow automation solutions. The role focuses on test automation, computer systems validation, GxP compliance, defect management, and end-to-end quality assurance.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain manual and automated test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Execute UAT, SIT, OQ, regression, and computer systems validation activities.
- Create requirement traceability matrices and maintain testing documentation.
- Develop test scripts using UiPath Test Suite, Selenium, Postman, or similar tools.
- Manage defects in HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Test LLM-powered, Agentic AI, and Custom GPT solutions for accuracy, grounding, hallucinations, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and validation teams to resolve defects.
What you'll need
- 5–9 years of experience in Life Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or Information Systems.
- Any degree.
- Advanced experience designing and executing manual and automated tests.
- Advanced knowledge of test plans, RTMs, OQ protocols, and summary reports.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite, Selenium, Postman, or similar tools.
- Advanced experience in validated GxP environments and CSV practices.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and continuous testing.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tools.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
- ISTQB, SAFe Agile Tester, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
