Lead Commissioning Engineer

Overview

Lead regional commissioning and CCX services operations, overseeing teams, client relationships, service agreements, projects, and regional performance.

What you'll do

• Supervise regional CCX service operations, including people, facilities, tools, equipment, and customer service.
• Coordinate JCI and subcontractor deployment for CCX services.
• Manage client projects and accounts through technical support, troubleshooting, site visits, and client interaction.
• Execute service-level agreements and monitor project quality, cost, schedule, and milestones.
• Build client relationships and identify sales opportunities for service and project work.
• Lead and motivate regional leads in performance reviews, employee development, training, and retention activities.
• Prepare regional business reports, invoices, statistics, and project information.

What you'll need

• Expert technical knowledge across the relevant product and service line.
• Technical troubleshooting and consulting capability.
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate regional operations.
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to monitor project quality, cost, schedule, and activity.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.
• Ability to follow PMO systems, processes, and procedures.
