Senior Consultant

Overview

Senior Consultant for SS&C’s Product Specialist Certification team, focused on managing complex projects and certifying/implementing trading-related workflows across SS&C Eze.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple complex projects and tasks autonomously.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Certify advanced trading workflows across SS&C Eze’s product suite.
• Develop, test, and implement broker algorithms across SS&C Eze’s product suite.
• Assist in project scoping and case evaluation.
• Identify improvement areas and work with management on strategic goals.
• Spearhead training initiatives for new hires to the Certification team.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to understand key interdependencies and the impact of work.
• Existing knowledge or ability to learn complexities of investment trading workflows.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of FIX protocol versions 4.0, 4.2, and 4.4.
• Experience working with buy-side and sell-side traders or in trading operations roles.
• Understanding of FIX ATDL (Algorithmic Trading Definition Language) or Algorithmic Trading.
• Intermediate SQL and/or XML skills.
