Senior Engineer – PDE Process Control Systems

Overview

Senior Engineer for PDE process control systems, focused on defining and aligning Defense Line (DL) workflows, signals, and test/program standards across sites.

What you'll do

• Define global Defense Line (DL) matrices including turnaround time, overdue matrices, detection compliance, and SBL reactions.
• Ensure all sites adhere to globally aligned DL workflows and DL signals behave the same across sites.
• Drive global automation and AI enhancements for detection and manufacturing processes.
• Oversee improvements and optimization in existing DL systems via automation systems.
• Review and release test programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance defense line capabilities.

What you'll need

• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics.
• Experience with device modelling and simulation using TCAD tools (e.g., Silvaco, Sentaurus).
• Proficiency in circuit-level analog analysis and validation using HSPICE.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze electrical test data and perform root cause analysis for package and device failures.
• Hands-on data analytics, scripting, and statistical modeling skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB, JMP, SQL).
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
• PhD or M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or related field) with semiconductor industry project experience, preferably in packaging, test, and reliability.
