Global Quality FrontEnd Central Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview

Drive quality and reliability improvement initiatives across the Front End Manufacturing network through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution.

What you'll do

• Extract and analyze diverse, unstructured Backend and Front-end data.
• Correlate data to identify patterns and perform first-level debugging.
• Translate raw data into visual stories highlighting trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive detection and corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
• Deploy Backend-to-Front End collaboration processes and best-known methods.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and manage implementation projects.
• Present analysis and insights to business partners.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in the specified quality, reliability, or data-analysis areas.
• MS, BS, or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, reliability tests, and failure mechanisms.
• Fluency in Python and/or R, including scripting for analysis automation.
• Experience with statistical tools, Unix, Tableau, Power BI, or JMP.
• Understanding of statistics applied to quality and reliability data analysis.
• Exposure to statistical modeling, feature extraction, and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with supervised, unsupervised, or semi-supervised learning.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production environments.
