Overview
Senior Engineer QA (Robot Framework) — a hands-on automation QA role focused on designing and developing end-to-end test automation for embedded, mobile, and cloud applications.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement test automation infrastructure.
- Create GUI test scripts (web and mobile) based on manual test cases or requirements.
- Implement keywords and test cases in Robot Framework and write Python automation scripts.
- Automate web and mobile test cases using Appium.
- Execute and maintain automated tests in CI/CD, including Jenkins maintenance.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, log defects, and verify fixes.
- Work on system-level end-to-end testing.
What you'll need
- 4–8 years of QA automation experience.
- At least the last 3 years must involve hands-on Python coding for test automation.
- Hands-on Robot Framework & Appium experience.
- Experience building/enhancing automation frameworks and CI/CD with Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Git, Jira, and Confluence.
- Exposure to embedded + mobile + cloud systems.
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Computers.
