Senior Engineer - Software Testing

Overview

Senior Engineer focused on software testing to validate end-to-end functionality across microservices, web applications, and cloud-native environments.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, system, and regression test scenarios.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across frontend, backend, database, and integration components.
• Validate REST APIs and event-driven services, including Kafka-based integrations.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and regression test suites.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage.
• Identify, document, track defects, and verify fixes with development teams.
• Execute performance and load testing and support non-functional testing (security, resilience, failover).

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of ISTQB testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Automation experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Experience developing automated regression test suites.
• API and integration testing experience including REST APIs and Postman/Swagger-OpenAPI.
• Database knowledge of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
