Senior Engineering Manager, DevOps – CIAM Platform

Overview

Lead a team of DevOps engineers to define and execute the DevOps strategy for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and automation across LSEG's Customers Identity & Access Management (CIAM) services.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering professional growth.
• Define and execute the DevOps strategy for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and automation across CIAM services.
• Own the reliability and scalability of services deployed in AWS.
• Drive best practices for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, security, and platform teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs for system performance, availability, and incident response.
• Champion innovation in automation, monitoring, and developer experience.

What you'll need

• 14 to 20 years of experience.
• Proven experience leading DevOps teams in a cloud-native environment.
• Deep expertise in AWS architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong understanding of microservices and serverless deployments in production.
• Solid background in Linux systems, networking, and performance optimization.
• Experience with observability platforms and incident management processes.
• Solid experience working with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for security, automation, and continuous improvement.
