Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer-2

Overview

Senior L2 Cloud Operations Engineer responsible for operating and improving enterprise-grade multi-cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. The role focuses on reliability, incident management, Kubernetes operations, automation, observability, and security operations.

What you'll do

• Own production cloud platform stability, availability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead complex incident triage, deep troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for CI/CD pipelines and deployment failures.
• Operate and support large-scale AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
• Run and enhance observability platforms and support AIOps-driven alert correlation and remediation.
• Deliver cloud security incident triage and DevSecOps automation.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code and automation scripts/tools.

What you'll need

• Hold at least two of the listed active certifications (CKA, AWS SAA Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional/SysOps Admin Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
• Experience operating production cloud platforms with SRE concepts (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, resilience engineering).
• Ability to troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and AWS CodePipeline.
• Advanced Kubernetes operations capability (cluster management, node scaling, networking troubleshooting, pod failures, storage and ingress debugging).
• Operate observability tooling across metrics, logs, traces, and events, and use AIOps for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
• Support security operations including CSPM, IAM governance, secrets management, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Build IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, and Bicep, and automation scripts using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Go.

• Shift schedule: Sun to Wed 06:30 am to 06:30 pm, and Sun alternate Thurs to Sun 06:30 am to 06:30 pm.
