Senior European Credit Research Analyst

Overview

Senior European Credit Research Analyst for Guidepoint’s Insights product, supporting institutional and corporate clients with research and teleconference insights.

What you'll do

• Conduct bottoms-up company research by reviewing earnings releases and investor presentations and analyzing regulatory filings.
• Moderate teleconferences on timely topics with an expert to produce actionable insights for buy-side and PE clients.
• Work with the AI team to systematize diligence questions for automating elements of fundamental research.
• Generate ideas and track key investor views within relevant strategies in European credit.

What you'll need

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills at a professional level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 7+ years of deep fundamental analyst experience, ideally in a Private Equity setting.
• Experience with bottoms-up, fundamental investment research focused on individual companies.
• Prior experience covering single-name corporates on either the sell-side or buy-side.
• Some familiarity with capital structure or credit analysis via broadly syndicated loan or private credit/direct lending markets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and manage time effectively.
