Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting/Onestream

Overview

Senior Financial Analyst role in financial reporting, responsible for reviewing monthly reporting from accounting teams and ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group Reporting and Accounting Policies, with a focus on OneStream data and entity sign-off.

What you'll do

• Review monthly financial reporting completed by accounting teams.
• Ensure compliance of accounting with IFRS and Group Reporting and Accounting Policies.
• Control inputs of financial and operational data in OneStream.
• Perform variance analysis of all components of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and off-balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure timely sign-off by entities in OneStream with continuous follow-up and communication.
• Assist entities with reporting queries to enable timely sign-off.
• Communicate proactively with entities to improve OneStream reporting.
• Prepare various control-related reports with analytical commentary.
• Support projects related to balance sheet reconciliations, risk-based financial reviews, validating OneStream mapping with local chart of accounts and providing recommendations to entities, and the Group Tax Project.

What you'll need

• CA with prior experience in the FNA domain of at least 4 to 6 years in financial consolidation for the group, financial controlling and reporting.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and principles with accounting and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of IFRS and its applicability in financial reporting.
• Prior experience working on HFM/OneStream application and Smart View.
• Advanced working knowledge of HFM/OneStream.
• Computer literate (Windows) with strong MS Excel skills (V-lookup, pivots, complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English, fluent oral and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability for troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in BPO.
