Senior Front End Developer - Angular Developer, AWS

Overview

Senior Front End Developer (Angular, AWS) on the Fidelity Digital Asset Management technology team in India, contributing to the Digital Asset Management platform for tokenization and crypto products.

What you'll do

• Act as a Front-End Engineer across AWS Cloud, Angular application development and blockchain-related technologies.
• Enforce engineering practices with all team members globally.
• Contribute to deliveries and releases of the Digital Asset Management platform and related components on AWS Cloud.
• Communicate effectively with other AMTech application teams and adopt the IT Blueprint for applications with upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Work alongside large multifunctional teams and promote engineering and Agile practices.
• Partner with the AM Architecture and Engineering teams to design and build end-to-end solutions enabling the Digital Asset Management platform on AWS Cloud.
• Partner with other key team members and AM teams to implement the strategic vision and execute the multi-year product roadmap.
• Influence and support product, delivery and technical practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing within the team and across the organization.
• Help the team manage priorities and provide technical expertise, direction and engineering excellence.
• Mentor and coach fellow squad members.

What you'll need

• BE/MCA.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience working on key initiatives and green-field engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering practices such as code review and branching patterns.
• Strong communication skills.
• Front-end application development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, events and async processing, and WebSocket.
• Explore to UI interoperability tool Glue42, Interop.io.
• Authentication frameworks.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing tools such as Cypress and TestNG.
• Experienced in ALM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins and Git.
• AWS Cloud.

Nice to have

• Added hands-on experience with Blockchain, Java/J2EE and/or DB technologies.
• AWS Certified Developer Associate / Architect Associate (optional).
• Experience preferably in the Asset Management domain.
