Senior Full-stack Engineer - (Cloud, AI)

Overview

Senior Full-stack Engineer in an AI Engineering Pod at TechGrove (Banyan Software), building cloud-native, AI-native production applications end to end.

What you'll do

• Own complex full-stack features end to end, including backend services, APIs, data, and UI.
• Build responsive, accessible frontends using React.js and Next.js within the OpCo design system.
• Design and build scalable, secure, resilient cloud-native applications on infrastructure.
• Develop robust REST and GraphQL APIs and SQL/No-SQL data models for microservices.
• Use and champion AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., Claude Code) across the SDLC.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for secure deployments.
• Lead code reviews and support production operations with observability, performance, and reliability.

What you'll need

• Strong software engineering experience building production applications.
• Production experience on AWS or Azure (required; multiple-cloud experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency across the stack including React.js, Next.js, and Vite.
• Hands-on experience with at least one: .NET Core, Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Hands-on React.js experience building responsive, accessible UIs from reusable components.
• Hands-on experience designing REST and/or GraphQL APIs and working with SQL/No-SQL databases.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tooling such as Claude Code as part of daily work.
