Senior Incident Response Engineer

Overview

Senior Incident Response Consultant (Incident Response team) responsible for leading customer incident response engagements, including investigations, prioritization, team leadership, root cause analysis, and executive reporting with MITRE ATT&CK-mapped timelines.

What you'll do

• Spearhead incident response engagements for customers after a cybersecurity attack.
• Lead a team of Incident Response Consultants.
• Run customer-facing calls.
• Provide detailed written updates via email.
• Determine investigation priorities and delegate tasks to the team.
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken by both the team and the customer to neutralize the threat.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis, including checking whether data exfiltration occurred (if evidence is available).
• Produce an executive summary-style report with a timeline of key events mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and include remediation guidance.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience leading incident response efforts.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to executive-level stakeholders clearly and concisely.
