Overview

Senior Integration Engineering Lead responsible for designing, developing, and improving software and integration capabilities. Leads delivery of scalable, maintainable, performance-optimized solutions while advising on decisions and managing risk.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Lead and participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Adopt secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Implement unit testing practices for code readability and reliability.

What you'll need

• Experience with Python, AI/GenAI, Machine Learning, cloud, APIs, infrastructure, and data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience building enterprise applications and integrations using Python, AI/GenAI, ML, and automation frameworks.
• Proven expertise designing, developing, and supporting APIs, microservices, and integration platforms.
• Strong cloud-native experience, preferably AWS, including deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support.
• Ability to advise and influence decision making and contribute to policy development.
• Experience leading a team delivering work that impacts a whole business function.
