Senior IT App Automation Engineer

Overview

Senior IT Applications Engineer managing and optimizing IT applications for seamless integration, automation, and workflow improvements.

What you'll do

• Administer and optimize IT applications including Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and Zoom.
• Implement and maintain integrations, automations, and workflows across IT applications.
• Support automated onboarding and offboarding processes and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Manage identity and access across IT applications, including RBAC, with escalation as needed.
• Perform periodic user/admin access reviews and support HIPAA/PCI audits.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support to the IT Helpdesk and resolve complex incidents end-to-end.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering IT applications.
• Expertise in Okta, Intune, JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and AzureAD.
• Strong Identity and Access Management and Role-Based Access Control experience.
• Experience with SSO, SCIM, SAML, and OIDC.
• Comfort consuming REST APIs and LDAP for applications.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audits is a plus.
• Ability to consume and respond to incidents with Tier 2/3 support.
