Senior IT Engineer

Overview

Senior IT Engineer responsible for managing and securing macOS/Windows environments, identity and access, device management, integrations, and security compliance. You will also automate IT tasks and provide advanced technical support while leading IT projects.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain macOS and Windows environments for performance, security, and scalability.
• Oversee and configure Okta for SSO and MFA across applications.
• Deploy, manage, and secure company Mac devices using Iru/Kandji for device lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain scripts and AWS Lambda functions to automate routine tasks.
• Design and implement integrations between SaaS platforms and tools to streamline workflows.
• Establish and enforce security protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance.
• Provide expert technical support to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Lead IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technologies.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT administration experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, application deployment, and device management.
• Advanced proficiency administering Iru/Kandji, including support and device policies connected to Okta.
• Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, Powershell, or Terraform for automation.
• In-depth understanding of Apple DEP, Volume Purchasing Programs, and Apple Business Manager.
