Overview

AI Solutions Engineer (Mergers & Acquisitions) at Roche Digital Technology, enabling and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows, integrations, and intelligence applications for the Partnering Digital Solutions ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Implement and operationalize AI-enabled solutions across partnering platforms and intelligence products.
• Develop and integrate AI workflows for automation, decision support, insights generation, and orchestration.
• Build and maintain APIs and integration services connecting AI capabilities, enterprise platforms, and data ecosystems.
• Integrate AI services, LLM-based applications, and agentic workflows into enterprise solutions.
• Develop cloud-native services and integrations using AWS services such as ECS and Lambda.
• Support data integration of structured and unstructured sources and reliable data exchange across systems.
• Contribute to MLOps/AI operationalization including deployment workflows, monitoring, orchestration, and observability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, integration engineering, platform engineering, or AI solution development.
• Experience building APIs and backend services using Python/FastAPI, Node.js, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, preferably AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, or API Gateway.
• Experience with MLOps or LLMOps concepts (deployment, monitoring, orchestration, observability, operational support).
• Strong system integration, scalability, reliability, and operational support knowledge.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.

• Office schedule: averages two days per week in the office; frequent availability during late afternoons/evenings after 5:00 PM–6:00 PM.
