Applied AI Engineer

Overview

Applied AI Engineer to build and deploy intelligent agents, AI workflows, and automation solutions using Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and optimise AI agents and AI-powered workflows for business use cases.
• Develop solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Translate requirements with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical colleagues into scalable AI and data solutions.
• Build and integrate data pipelines, APIs, and enterprise data sources for production-ready applications.
• Support the full lifecycle: prototyping, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Implement DevOps, MLOps, and AIOps practices for reliable deployment and observability.

What you'll need

• 4+ years’ experience in AI, ML, or Data Engineering building production solutions on the Microsoft AI platform.
• Hands-on experience building agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.
• Expertise in Azure AI/ML services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Foundry for large-scale data integration.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts such as data lakes, Lakehouse (Delta/Parquet), and ETL/ELT design.
• Skills in Python and SQL and experience with API development (REST, GraphQL).
