Overview
Data Scientist - Full-Stack Engineering to build and deploy production-grade AI systems and prototypes for industrial operations, translating operational data into actionable AI experiences.
What you'll do
- Transform early-stage ML models and RAG pipelines into interactive full-stack products.
- Design agentic workflows that reason, adapt, and take actions in dynamic environments.
- Analyze noisy, incomplete, real-time industrial data to derive meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with operations, reliability, or plant engineers to create context-aware AI solutions.
- Architect front-end interfaces for users to interact with agentic workflows (e.g., RCA agent and time-series probes).
- Translate SCADA, DCS, and IoT datasets into exploratory data analysis and reflect insights in the UI.
- Work with Engineering to ensure prototypes are API-first and containerized for scale.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience blending Data Science with software engineering roles.
- Expert proficiency in Cursor/Antigravity or similar AI-integrated IDEs.
- Strong foundation in Python, Polars/Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Comfort managing data flow from PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB to FastAPI and a frontend.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI applications that users can click on.
- Bachelor’s or higher in chemical/mechanical/aerospace/applied physics with heavy computational modeling emphasis.
