AI Engineer (Manager level)

Overview

AI Engineer (Manager level) for the Data & Analytics, AI team, focusing on NLP and leading data analytics efforts for NLU models.

What you'll do

• Monitor and improve performance of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models.
• Develop on-premises and cloud-based Python applications for internal and service-based use.
• Collaborate on architectural design and documentation for cloud and on-prem systems.
• Further develop generative AI solutions with legal technology and business stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices to support maintainability and scalability.
• Identify emerging technologies relevant to the Data Science Lab and Legal Technology Solutions.
• Contribute to execution of data science use cases as needed.

What you'll need

• 6–7 years total experience (with at least 3 years across the listed technologies).
• Azure AI ecosystem experience including AI Services, GPT models, vector search, Cognitive search, Document Intelligence, and Azure queues.
• Advanced Python proficiency including multithreading, document processing, and packaging.
• Hands-on experience configuring and using Azure OpenAI language models.
• Experience with deep learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong software engineering skills including high code quality, debugging, and Azure CI/CD.
• BSc or greater in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, or Statistics.
