Senior Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Lead Software Engineering role providing end-to-end technical authority for software system architecture and functionality, aligned to business requirements and technical specifications.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end architecture and functionality of software systems.
• Create architectural blueprints, conceptual models, and designs.
• Identify technical debt and define designs/approaches to mitigate it.
• Select technologies, frameworks, libraries, and tools for projects.
• Establish and enforce coding, deployment, and monitoring standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support across the development lifecycle.
• Produce technical documentation for stakeholders.

What you'll need

• At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Experience with data pipelines for AI and real-time data handling.
• Foundational understanding of relational and NoSQL data stores and streaming.
• Comfort working across transactional systems and big data systems.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management practices.
