Overview

Synechron seeks a Python AI Developer/AI professional to lead cross-functional technology teams and deliver Python- and AI-based technology solutions aligned to business requirements and strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams.
• Translate business requirements into Python- and AI-based technology solutions.
• Drive technology initiatives and support successful project delivery.
• Define or contribute to software architecture, technical designs, integration approaches, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate new technologies and make adoption recommendations.
• Maintain technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and technical issues to meet project priorities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development.
• In-depth understanding of Python, AI technologies, and software systems.
• Experience using current and supported versions of Python.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (requirements analysis through maintenance).
