Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Own critical machine learning subsystems for a proactive, long-horizon AI product. Design, build, and operate production ML systems under constraints including latency, cost, reliability, and safety.

What you'll do

• Build core ML systems for a proactive AI product.
• Own data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration end to end.
• Turn research ideas into reliable production systems.
• Debug model failures and production system issues.
• Measure outcomes and improve systems iteratively.
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams.
• Mentor and review work from other ML engineers.

What you'll need

• Experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
• Understanding of how modern ML models behave in production.
• Strong production-quality coding skills.
• Ability to think in systems rather than scripts.
• Python experience.
• Experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems.
