Overview
Own a product vertical end-to-end for BJAK's AI Stockbroking Superapp, covering strategy, technical design, delivery and launch across financial products.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
- Shape technical designs covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security and scalability.
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulation and user experience.
- Build regulatory requirements into products, including KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing.
- Apply AI with evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
- Ship products involving regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance on product decisions and launch requirements.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems.
- Experience working closely with engineers and contributing to technical design reviews.
- Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated product domain.
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background.
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
