Senior Manager Tax Reporting, Risk Management & Technology ContiTech (m/w/divers)

Overview

Senior Manager to lead tax reporting, develop tax risk management frameworks, and drive tax digital transformation within the ContiTech global tax team.

What you'll do

• Oversee global tax reporting covering Budget, Forecast, and Actuals.
• Manage deferred tax accounting, tax expense calculations, and tax cash flow.
• Serve as main contact for IFRS tax topics with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Develop and implement a tax risk management concept for the ContiTech Group.
• Design communication processes to identify tax risks early across German and international group companies.
• Lead Tax IT solution and digital tool development for reporting and analysis, including automation and process optimization using SAP and Business Warehouse.

What you'll need

• Degree in business administration or economics.
• Professional tax experience in an internationally operating industry or accounting firm.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards including IFRS and local GAAP for the tax balance sheet.
• Advanced MS Office and SAP skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and very good German proficiency.
• Interest in data analytics and automation for tax risk monitoring and reporting efficiency.
• Initial experience with internal control or risk management systems/tools (advantage).

Nice to have

• Tax consultant qualification is desirable.
