AM- corporate finance and Cotrollership

Overview

AM for corporate finance and controllership, based at Goregaon, Mumbai, responsible for accounting, reporting, controls, compliance, treasury, and financial risk management.

What you'll do

• Prepare financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow on time.
• Reconcile all balances monthly and close month-end.
• Provide figures for management reporting.
• Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and treasury/banking operations.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies; support segregation of duties and fraud prevention.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience.
• CA/Chartered Accountant is required.
• Ability to maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external auditors for statutory/compliance audits.
• Skills to manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Knowledge of internal controls, DOA adherence, and governance/audit requirements.

• Coordinate with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements.
