Overview

Senior Manager to lead Memory Reliability & Qualification engineering for NAND Flash memory in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do

• Oversee the complete NAND Flash memory qualification lifecycle.
• Translate business objectives into technical strategies and execute qualification strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of NAND technology reliability engineers.
• Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Make technical decisions using performance and reliability checkpoint data.
• Collaborate with product engineering, test engineering, and product management teams.
• Develop performance metrics to track team productivity and deliverable quality.

What you'll need

• 13+ years of experience in reliability testing, product development engineering, or failure analysis.
• 7+ years of experience in a management role handling a team size of at least 10 members.
• MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Device Physics, and programming.
• Strong technical knowledge in the semiconductor domain and device physics.
• Excellent project management skills for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
