PEE Engineer

Overview

Assy Process/Equipment Engineer focused on starting up, developing, and optimizing assembly processes to improve product quality and reliability.

What you'll do

• Start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve quality and reliability.
• Improve process yield, reduce cost, and increase productivity while managing risk.
• Resolve manufacturing line problems by identifying, diagnosing, and correcting assembly process issues.
• Apply failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC to drive corrective actions.
• Evaluate and optimize process, equipment, and material to implement changes at process steps.
• Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Contribute to predictive control and anomaly detection using AI and data-driven methods.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years related experience in Assembly packaging or Semiconductor manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering.
• Knowledge of wafer dicing processes.
• Familiarity with FMEA and statistical process control (SPC) and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use DOE (noted as an added advantage).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and communicate effectively.
