Test Automation Handler Engineer

Overview

Test Automation Handler Engineer responsible for addressing and improving product- and equipment-specific issues and supporting assembly manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and improve assigned assembly manufacturing processes, materials, and/or equipment.
• Apply DOE techniques, perform containment of deviations, determine root cause, and implement corrective action.
• Monitor assembly process SPC and implement working procedures, process specifications, FMEA, and OCAP.
• Evaluate future equipment/material technologies and research technical information in journals/literature/web.
• Coordinate equipment/material procurement by following safety, quality/performance requirements, and MICAP procedures.
• Develop process of record (POR) using defined process variables and CPK (process capability).

What you'll need

• Maintain general process knowledge.
• Maintain equipment knowledge as it relates to the process.
• Maintain materials knowledge as it relates to the process.
• Use DOE techniques and apply SPC.
• Follow safety procedures including proper PPE, energy isolation, and chemical safety.
• Maintain knowledge of training coordination and conduct technical training.
