Overview

Senior Member of Technical Staff-Backend is an in-person role in Pune, focused on building scalable, reliable full-stack software capabilities for clinical documentation workflows.

What you'll do

• Develop full-stack features and services across backend and frontend.
• Design maintainable application components and integrations for scalable workflows.
• Implement backend APIs, data access patterns, and frontend user experiences.
• Collaborate to clarify requirements and deliver planned work.
• Debug production issues by analyzing logs and application behavior.
• Optimize performance and reliability across caching, database access, and UI responsiveness.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring for server-side applications.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/jQuery and React for user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling or query development.
• Hands-on experience with Redis or similar caching technology.
• Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based application development or deployment.
• Ability to work in an in-person team environment in Pune, India.
