Overview
Senior Member Technical Staff (MTS 3) focused on leading AI/ML solution design, development, and deployment across product lines.
What you'll do
- Lead design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions across product lines.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and architects to convert business requirements into AI/ML problems and solutions.
- Own end-to-end AI/ML modules from data processing through model development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of data scientists and ensure best-practice, high-quality outputs.
- Conduct research and capability building in machine learning, deep learning, and AI.
- Evaluate and fine-tune models to meet performance requirements and drive product improvements.
- Develop technical documentation including design and requirement specifications and white papers.
What you'll need
- 4-6 years of experience in Data Science and AI/ML product development, including leading technical teams.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and anomaly detection.
- Knowledge of model lifecycle management, including building, evaluation, and optimization.
- Hands-on Python experience and frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch.
- SQL and NoSQL database familiarity, including data modeling with Elasticsearch experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Spark/Storm/Databricks/Kafka.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with MLFlow, KubeFlow, or similar model tracking and orchestration tools.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, and Cosmos DB, plus indexing familiarity.
