Senior .NET Developer

Overview

Senior .NET Developer role on a global agile development team within the SAFe framework, building modern cloud-native applications used by order handlers across Alfa Laval factories globally.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain C# / .NET applications in a microservices architecture
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with Azure services
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to refine and clarify requirements
• Debug and improve existing systems and configurations

What you'll need

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience with Azure (App Service, Key Vault, Managed Identity, Azure Functions, ARM/Bicep)
• Experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles
• Proficient with Git and branching strategies
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable navigating a large, global organizational landscape
• A problem-solving mindset and a positive, collaborative attitude

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of React & TypeScript
