Senior NetSuite Project Manager

Overview

Lead NetSuite ERP and custom client engagements from kickoff through rollout as a client-facing project manager, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis to maintain and develop the business relationship and keep projects within their set time frame.
• Actively manage stakeholders, expectations, resource alignment and conflicting priorities across projects.
• Ensure adherence to Plative delivery structure and project management methodology during solution implementation.
• Deliver strategic business and project reviews to educate clients on proposed solutions.
• Communicate reports on budget ownership, project status, risk management and escalation of issues.
• Coordinate IT project teams so client business requirements are incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers.
• Act as client advocate to resolve and manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work on NetSuite projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and ownership of SFDC build out.
• Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones and results to client stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Full life-cycle implementation experience with NetSuite across multiple industry verticals.
• 3+ years of project management experience within a consulting environment.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI and Reporting.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management principles and practices.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT or MBA.
• Delivered numerous complex NetSuite projects.
• CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications.

• Operating within the Pacific Time Zone.
• Minimal travel and occasional presence at client sites.
