Senior Planning Manager

Overview

Own Planning and Scheduling for Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions, developing common tools and methods, providing scheduling expertise, and owning the Primavera (and MS Project) planning software.

What you'll do

• Develop global concepts and common tools and methods for mono- and multicenter schedules.
• Define guidelines (golden rules) for Planning and Scheduling activities, including progress measurement and critical path analysis.
• Conduct cold eye reviews on proposals or projects under execution when requested by the Scheduling HoD and Center RMPC Director.
• Follow up with Centers to ensure harmonized or common Planning and Scheduling and progress measurement tools and methods are implemented and followed during front end and execution.
• Provide Planning and Scheduling expertise on request.
• Implement the Scheduling Risk Analysis (SRA) process and interface it with the Risk Management Department.
• Develop and implement common and efficient tools, methods, workflows and procedures in Planning and Scheduling.
• Act as business owner of the Primavera tools and define related IT development plans.
• Perform internal audits on tools, methods, procedures and workflows.
• Define training needs on tools, procedures and workflows, and conduct training.
• Develop direct staff members to the best of their responsibilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree as a minimum.
• 15 to 18 years of experience.

Nice to have

• Engineering discipline (Process, Mechanical or Chemistry) or Industrial Engineering.
