Senior Planning & QS Engineer, Pilani

Overview

Senior Planning & QS Engineer role focused on project planning, scheduling, cost control, quantity surveying, and commercial/contract administration.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain project baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare detailed project plans, resource loading, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify schedule deviations.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path/delay analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage project costs and prepare BOQs.
• Evaluate contractor claims and support contract administration/claims management.
• Deliver weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in Planning, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying, and Commercial Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and cost control practices.
• Experience in contract administration and claims management.
• Experience with project scheduling tools including Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
