Senior Platform Security Engineer

Overview

Senior Platform Security Engineer responsible for maintaining, automating, and securing developer labs and test environments in non-production.

What you'll do

• Maintain, optimize, and scale developer labs and test environments for availability and performance.
• Design and execute automated audits to verify adherence to security standards.
• Partner with local security champions to support local security plans.
• Design and deploy shared security capabilities for common labs and shared environments.
• Keep environment security policies up to date with evolving engineering and security needs.
• Continuously align shared environment access controls and network boundaries with corporate security guidelines.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience administering complex test environments, developer labs, staging, or container registries.
• Understanding of security principles including Identity & Access Management, network segmentation, and least privilege applied to on-premises systems.
• Ability to design automated auditing and drift detection for compliance across multiple teams.
• Experience writing/modifying Puppet manifests, Ansible playbooks, or Terraform templates.
• Experience using Artifactory for open-source dependency governance and Black Duck for vulnerability checking.
