Senior Principal Data Scientist

Overview

Senior Principal Data Scientist to lead advanced AI/ML initiatives across the organization.

What you'll do

• Architect and lead scalable ML/DL model development for real-world applications.
• Drive innovation using generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, and autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align AI solutions with strategic goals.
• Lead MLOps implementation for automated training, evaluation, and deployment (Azure preferred).
• Establish governance frameworks for ethical and compliant AI development.
• Mentor and upskill data science teams on emerging technologies and best practices.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in Data Science, AI/ML with proven leadership in enterprise-scale projects.
• Programming and ML stack including Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with LLM tools and orchestration tools such as Hugging Face and LangChain.
• Background in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and time series forecasting.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone and FAISS.
• Master’s or PhD in computer science, data science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Certifications from Microsoft, AWS, IIT-Delhi, or equivalent in AI/ML/GenAI.
