Senior Product Engineer

Overview

Senior Product Engineer to build zero-to-one AI product experiences end-to-end, from concepts and prototypes to evaluation and productionization.

What you'll do

• Build AI product experiences from early concept through prototype, validation, and productionization.
• Partner with product, design, research, engineering, and customer-facing teams to find high-impact opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous customer needs into workflows, interfaces, and technical designs.
• Develop and improve AI agent development, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization workflows.
• Use product data, user feedback, and evaluation results to identify what works and what needs improvement.
• Create demos, product notes, technical docs, and recommendations to align teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years as a software/ML engineer on user-facing systems with strong full-stack skills.
• Experience shipping products or major features with significant end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, AI workflows, or applied ML products.
• Strong product judgment to simplify complex technical ideas into intuitive UX.
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and moving quickly to prototypes with rigor.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
