Senior Product Manager

Overview

Leads complex consulting engagements by designing and implementing technology solutions, applying deep technical expertise to client requirements, and driving outcomes across multiple geographies.

What you'll do

• Lead project teams in solution design and development.
• Create business cases, financial justifications, and solution-benefit deliverables.
• Oversee technical solutions across multiple projects.
• Address or escalate project budget issues.
• Perform quality assurance on SOW requests and peer-review deliverables.
• Maintain client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support proposals, quotations, and presentations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years supporting enterprise cross-brand projects, or 11+ years of work experience.
• Experience managing and escalating technical issues to vendor support teams.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and serving as a communication liaison.
• Ability to lead technical reviews of engineering and consulting deliverables.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research complex technology solutions and make recommendations.

Details

• Remote in the United States.
• Travel as needed.
• Annual salary: $128,000–$193,200.
• Annual bonus target: 10%, subject to plan terms and conditions.
